Our expertise is established in residential service, conducting repairs/replacement work in existing homes and businesses. An ideal plumber will excel in our company by being proficient at the following: Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly diagnose potential plumbing problems
• Be able to effectively communicate to customers repair scenarios, pricing for repairs, explanations of warranties, and collection of payment
• Explain what new, cool, plumbing products are available
• Conduct their work with the highest possible quality & integrity
• Develop genuine relationships with our customer family
• Smile!
• Help build upon our awesome Google reviews
• Work well with all our other Super Plumbers and HVAC Technicians
• Be willing to take part in a liberal “on call” service rotation
• Assist company dispatchers with service call scheduling/ managing
• Be happy for the opportunity to help others
• Ability to drive company vehicles to various commercial and residential sites for work
• Provide service, repair, and/or propose replacement of plumbing components, accessories, and equipment
• Start-up installed equipment and adjust to the manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning
• Possess a good knowledge of our company's products and services being offered

• Competitive base pay between $24-$42 an hour (commensurate with experience)
