Job Purpose
Provide proctor support for midterm and final examinations, and may provide office assistance to the Registrar's Office staff at the start and end of academic terms.
Essential Functions
100% - Proctor Support and Office Assistance
Start, stop and process in-person law school exams.
Clearly relay verbal instructions to large groups of students.
Pay special attention to specific individualized instructions for each exam.
Ensure accuracy of number of exams going to each room and number of exams returned.
Distribute exams and specific materials to each student.
Collect exams, scratch paper, and other exam materials from each student.
Maintain integrity of exam room.
Be a calming, reassuring presence in exam room.
Troubleshoot simple ExamSoft software issues.
Sort, organize and account for all returned exams and exam materials.
Sharpen pencils and re-organize exam carts.
Prepare exams for professor pick-up.

The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position: $16.93/hr to $19.04/hr
