Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our team and help drive our public relations initiatives. In this role, you will assist in managing and enhancing our organization's image, reputation, and visibility through effective communication strategies. You will work closely with senior PR specialists, collaborating on various projects that require strong teamwork and a commitment to delivering quality results. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Draft and edit press releases, media statements, and other external communications.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public perception and trending topics.
• Coordinate and schedule media interviews for company spokespersons.
• Maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
• Conduct research to support PR initiatives and gather insights on industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of media relations and public communication tactics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
