Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, quality audits, and project management, with a focus on maintaining and improving quality systems. The selected applicant will oversee our quality control measures and ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, and FDA regulations.
Responsibilities
Direct, oversee and improve the SQF system, HAACP, FSMA, and PCQI compliance across all products and functional groups.
Allergen Control
Regulatory and Food Safety Documentation.
Manage incoming raw material QA program.
Ensure proper implementation & execution of approved quality control procedures.
Review & approve incoming raw material COA's.
Respond to customer requests for documentation.
Manage customer complaint log.
Investigate customer complaints about product quality.
SDS System
Pest Control
New employee training.
Manage daily QC and R&D bake testing.
Develop finished product documentation.
Participates in the R&D product development.
New product production process validation.
Texture analyzer specialist.
Titration backup.
RequirementsRequirements
College Degree- Associate (Required)
SQF, BRC, or AIB certification.
HAACP certification.
Food Safety Knowledge
