- Greeting people and employees
- Assisting vendors
- Getting temporary badges
- Escort people or client
- Setting up conference room
- Things needed in the meeting room
- Restocking and ordering snacks
- Sending and receiving packages, mails

Must Have Skills:
Previous Receptionist role
Nice to have skills:
Organized
Problem – solving
Knowledge of Mac or ios products, knows basic function of Mac or ios products (Iphone, Ipad, Mac)
Years of Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience as receptionist
Education : At least HS diploma
Software skills: Basic Mac or ios Programs (Safari Web)
