Why You’ll Want to Join Our Team as a Regional Property Manager

In your role as a Regional Property Manager at Real Property Management Express, you will be the operational and cultural leader across your assigned portfolio. You'll own outcomes, guide your teams with clarity and integrity, and ensure your portfolio is running efficiently and effectively. You will take full accountability for results, owning problems, leading solutions, and celebrating wins.

You will coach and hold your team accountable, support residents, and serve as a trusted partner to our investors. You will play a critical role in aligning frontline execution with our company's core focus and values.

Your Responsibilities As a Regional Property Manager

  • Operational Oversight & Efficiency: Complete and document monthly property inspections. Monitor and support Community Managers in resolving issues promptly and following through on commitments. Identify reoccurring operational challenges and work cross-functionally to improve processes across your region.
  • Resident Experience & Customer Relations: Serve as the go-to person for escalations or complex resident concerns.
  • Leasing, Legal & Compliance: Obtain a Property Manager or Broker Associate license based on regional requirements. Lead the eviction process, and oversee the delinquency process.
  • Owner Satisfaction & Portfolio Growth: Be a trusted ally to property owners, manage relationships with professionalism and urgency. Support a seamless onboarding experience of new owners and help identify opportunities to expand and retain clients.
  • Lead, Manage & Accountability: Provide clear direction, structure, and coaching to your team. Conduct quarterly reviews and act as a mentor who leads by example in both integrity and execution.

Job Requirements For The Regional Property Manager Position

  • Management or leadership experience is required.
  • Depending on the role, knowledge of specific software or databases may be required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients and customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Familiarity with real estate investing and/or property management.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
