Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Leesburg, VA 20176
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Contract Duration: 32 Weeks
Pay Rate: $25 – $28/hour
Position Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Behavior Technician for an exciting job in Leesburg, VA.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized BIPs as directed and supervised by the BCBA.
Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
Accurately record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes.
Assist in developing and reinforcing positive behavioral strategies.
Support students in learning new academic, social, and functional skills.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent care.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by the BACB.
Participate in required supervision, training, and team meetings.
Comply with all school policies, safety standards, and program procedures.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) .
Prior experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
