We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team remotely. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our products and services, and promotes our brand. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring our ideas to life through video.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Select and edit footage, add music, sound effects, and graphics to create engaging and visually appealing videos
- Ensure all videos align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and techniques to improve video quality and production process
- Manage and organize video assets and maintain a video library
- Meet project deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and production
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting for various platforms
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work is required
