Revit Drafter on our growing team in Boston, MA. (Hybrid role)
Our Technology Design Group works on mission critical projects supporting telecom, audio/visual and security systems .
We will provide mentoring/training support in growing your knowledge in this area if you have experience and a passion for drafting/designing using Revit. Expand your skillset and have a voice by working outside the box with the way we approach projects at Vanderweil.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Include The Following - Create 3D technical models using Revit for construction documents.
- Draft and provide layouts of Audio/Video equipment, telecom, security systems, multiple large LED panels and projection mapping projects.
- Coordination of multi-discipline Revit models.
- Will create and modify technical drawings and schematics from engineer markups using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Creative interaction with various engineers and designers.
Essential Skills & Requirements Every Vanderweil Engineers team member brings something unique to the table. Here is what we are looking for with this role:
- Minimum 2+ years of working knowledge of Revit
- Associates degree or equivalent from a vocational training program or technical school
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal staff and clients.
- Detail oriented with problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate required attendance and punctuality
- AutoCAD is a plus.
