• New Wind Farm construction
• Anticipate 4 months of work
• Rigging support for Crawler Crane (assist crane), ground support (no climbing)
• Guaranteed 70 hours per week ($2125/week guaranteed)
• $125 x 7 days per diem ($875) = $3000K weekly TTL (wages + per diem)
• Starting 8/25/2025

Needed:

• NCCCO/NCCER Rigging certifications preferred (not required)
• Previous wind farm construction/rigging experience
• Experience with providing ground support on Crawler moves (walking/tracking)
• Ability to secure loads safely in Wind Construction environment
• Providing clear communication, hand signals to crane operators
• Ability to be diplomatic, work well with others
• Verifiable experience (references)

**Guaranteed hours is dependent on ability to be onsite (not paid for requested time off, unavailable for work, etc.)
