What You'll Do:
Serve as a case manager and patient advocate, supporting members through their healthcare journey.
Provide medical case management, ensuring patients receive the right care at the best value.
Assist with medical advocacy and prescription assistance, helping patients access affordable medications and treatments.
Research and coordinate with low-cost providers and pharmacies to reduce healthcare expenses.
Work with ordering physicians to obtain necessary prescriptions and approvals.
Oversee implementation, account setup, tracking, and follow-ups for patient care plans.
Collaborate with a team while also working independently to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Active RN or LPN license (State of Nebraska or compact state preferred)
✅ Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
✅ Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail
✅ Basic math and calculation skills for cost analysis
✅ A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment
