RPA & AI Automation Developer

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune & Trivandrum.

About the role

As an RPA & AI Automation Developer , you will design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate business processes, ensuring high levels of reliability and performance. We will count on you to develop and document Blue Prism process flows, objects, and automation scripts following best practices. Along the way, you will get to:

· Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities in collaboration with business analysts and process owners.

· Conduct testing and debugging of Blue Prism automations to ensure they meet functional requirements and perform optimally.

· Monitor and maintain existing Blue Prism automations, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

· Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Blue Prism automations into the broader IT environment.

What we’re looking for

·5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism development 

·3+ years of experience with Power Automate (including Power Platform ecosystem) 

·2+ years working with AI integration in automation projects 

· Experience with AI services such as Azure Cognitive Services (OCR, Text Analytics, Form Recognizer), Power Platform AI Builder, Machine learning model integration

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Blue Prism, Power Automate.  
  • Understanding of the supply chain automation process is preferred.   
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts 
  • Familiarity with conversational AI and chatbot development
