We are looking for an experienced Saucier to join our production kitchen in Hyattsville, MD. Responsibilities:  Create a variety of sauces, soups, and stocks in both classical and contemporary culinary genres. Ensure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with Well Dunn standards.  Adhere to daily cleaning and organizational standards in both storage and production areas. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday daytime, some evenings and weekends required during the busy season. Compensation: Negotiable based on experience. Benefits: ~ Med/Den/Vis Insurance. ~401(k) with 4% match. ~ Generous PTO. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Two (2) or more years of experience as a saucier or similar required. Associate degree in culinary arts or similar preferred. Experience in off-premise catering or high volume production a plus. Current ServSafe Certification a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
