What You’ll Do:
Manage live production operations across multiple farms
Lead, train, and support farm managers and staff
Ensure compliance with animal welfare and safety standards
Monitor quality, productivity, and biosecurity measures
Oversee budgeting, inventory, and performance reporting

5–7+ years in poultry production, with 3+ in a leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and compliance
