Your Specific Duties as a Shift Manager Will Include:

• Supervising shifts with a focus on quality, service, and profitability.
• Coordinating staff training and ensuring safety and security measures.
• Maintaining a harmonious working relationship between management and crew.
• Controlling payroll and inventory to meet company standards.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Maintaining building and equipment through proper procedures.
• Handling cash responsibilities for the shift.
• Upholding sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Exhibiting behaviors that align with RMC’s Mission Statement and Values.
• Performing other tasks as directed.
