Job Description

We are looking for dedicated a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Houston Texas 77041 with $18/hr. for a 3-month contract to hire opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving orders. This role would suit somebody who has a strong background in order fulfillment and is able to work with little supervision. Enter orders, fulfill orders and receive incoming material and field returns. Record incoming and outgoing shipments for traceability. Requires HS Diploma or equivalent with 1 yr of experience in inventory, warehousing, or supply chain roles – APPLY NOW!  

Shift :  Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM



Key Responsibilities:  

• Fulfill orders as assigned. 
• Shipping of finished goods. 
• Receipt of field returns. 
• Data entry for tracking of shipped and returned devices. 
• Replacement of returned devices. 
• Log and clean field returns. 
• Testing, diagnosis and disposition of devices from the field. 
• Follow ISO procedures in order fulfillment and receipt of goods. 

Requirements:  

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 1 year experience in customer service, order fulfillment or inventory management 
• Ability to complete data entry accurately 
• Familiar with shipping and packaging best practices 
• Familiar with inventory and picking 
• Strong administration skills 
• Familiar with ISO9000 procedures and best practices 
• Ability to work with limited supervision 
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple orders a day while maintaining accuracy 
• Communicate effectively with others in and out of your department 
• Strong administration and data entry skills 
• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
