What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and grow client base through outside sales , site visits, networking, and jobsite relationship-building.

  • Work from the Tampa office when not in the field to manage account activity, follow up with clients, and collaborate with internal teams.

  • Hit and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and account management.

  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular touchpoints and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of skilled trades staffing sales experience.

  • Proven success in B2B sales and territory development.

  • Strong CRM skills and comfort managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and motivated to win.
