This pivotal role involves managing third-party providers, representing the airline to local authorities, supporting passengers during disruptions, and driving team performance for optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of ground handling and passenger serviceMonitor operational performance and safety complianceCoordinate with OCC, HUB, and local authoritiesEnsure baggage handling SLA compliance and manage incident reporting
Lead and coach the station team to meet quality and efficiency goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Airport Operations, Tourism, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in airline or handling roles (Duty Officer, Supervisor, etc.)
Strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills
Proficient in airport safety regulations and load control
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
