**Description:** Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a **Systems Integration and Test Engineer** to join our FBM/THAAD team in **Courtland, AL\!** As a key member of our team, you will support the planning and execution of testing for multiple programs and follow\-on projects, ensuring the successful testing of complex systems\. **Summary of key duties for this position:** · Support the development of proposals and test plans for FBM/THAAD programs · Develop and maintain test documentation, including test procedures and reports · Execute tests, including handling of ordnance, and support mission operations · Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure successful testing and integration of systems · Analyze test data and identify areas for improvement **Basic Qualifications:** · Experience in test engineering · Understanding of test principles, including test planning, execution, and reporting · Interim Secret clearance required prior to start; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance **Desired Skills:** · Active Secret Clearance · Experience in test engineering in a defense or aerospace environment · Experience writing test procedures · Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field · 5\+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment · Experience with FBM/THAAD programs or similar missile defense systems · Experience with handling ordnance · Knowledge of industry standards, including MIL\-STD\-461 and DO\-178C · Previous Military and/or Department of Defense \(DoD\)\-based experience · Prior Certified Test Conductor \(CTC\) or equivalent in a test engineering environment · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment · Experience working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
