The Talent Development Specialist will conduct remote and face-to-face training, supporting the ongoing development of team members through coaching and quality reviews. Accountabilities

• Conduct induction training sessions for new employees to ensure effective onboarding.
• Develop and update training materials and programs in line with new processes.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and refresher training to enhance team competencies.
• Analyze training needs and collaborate with stakeholders for effective training delivery.
• Maintain records of coaching and training outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training and talent development.
• Experience facilitating training sessions both virtually and in-person.
• Strong understanding of talent development principles and adult learning techniques.
• Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness.
