Due to recent growth, a reputable Public Accounting firm with locations in Kansas City AND Wichita is looking to add an experienced and motivated Tax Manager to their team immediately! This is an in office position and an amazing opportunity for someone passionate about tax management and looking to take their career to new heights! You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

Tax Manager Responsibilities (please read thoroughly):
Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws.
Industries served must include Construction, Real Estate, and/or Healthcare.
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients.
Research and interpret complex tax regulations.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in resolving tax-related issues
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
Tax Manager Qualifications (please review REQUIREMENTS):
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required .
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tax preparation and review.
Industries served must include Construction, Real Estate, and/or Healthcare.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
Supervisory experience prederred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team of tax professionals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dedication to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Tax Manager Compensation and Benefits:
$100,000-120,000/year + bonus opportunities
Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, Flexible Time Off (FTO)
