**Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Accounts Payable Administrator** to manage vendor invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain positive vendor relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Accurately enter vendor bills into **Microsoft Dynamics Business Central** and/or **Coupa** .
+ Prepare payment approval queues, ensuring all necessary documentation and details are clearly presented for review.
+ Release approved payments in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, vendor information, and invoices to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address billing questions and verify vendor performance.
+ Manage and organize inbound vendor invoices.
+ Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues promptly while fostering strong, professional relationships.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or Coupa is strongly preferred.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
+ Ability to work remote or hybrid
**Pay Details:** $45.00 per hour
