Lateral Link is partnering with a prestigious Chicago law firm on a confidential search for an attorney to join its highly regarded Trusts & Estates / Private Wealth Group .

This is a standout opportunity to join one of the region’s most respected T&E teams known for advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on the full spectrum of estate planning, business succession, and trust and estate administration.

You’ll work alongside nationally recognized practitioners who believe in mentorship, collaboration, and giving associates meaningful client-facing experience early on.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of post-JD experience in trusts & estates, private client, or business succession planning
• Experience gained at an AmLaw 200, mid-size, or high-end boutique law firm
• Strong academic credentials (top 25 law school preferred or in the top 10% of your graduating law school class)
• Illinois bar admission or eligibility to waive in
• Comfortable managing substantial responsibility and client contact
