You'll support our daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and communicate with clients and team members.
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments
Handle data entry, research, and document organization
Assist with social media posting and basic content updates
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
Communicate professionally with clients and partners
Support special projects and general administrative tasks as needed
Must be based in the United States
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and project management software (Asana, Trello, etc.)
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Experience with social media management or basic design (Canva, Buffer, etc.)
Bookkeeping or invoicing experience
Customer support or CRM familiarity
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
