**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will oversee a team of Material Handlers, Shipping/Receiving Clerks, and Coordinators and work closely with management to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise Warehouse personnel
+ Ensure accurate receipt and documentation of all incoming goods.
+ Compile and issue reports on inventory, dead stock, goods age, and consumption.
+ Monitor the quantity and quality of stored commodities.
+ Conduct regular physical checks of inventory and warehouse conditions.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
+ Plan storage and stacking strategies prior to the arrival of new commodities.
+ Collaborate with the Director of Warehouse Operations for timely inventory management.
+ Oversee the Shipping and Receiving department to ensure timely material handling.
+ Communicate with the Director of Manufacturing on any materials issues affecting shipping schedules.
+ Establish and maintain proper stock levels to align with customer service needs and company policies.
+ Manage transactions related to materials availability and order accuracy.
+ Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, and OSHA standards in collaboration with the Quality Engineer.
+ Address quality issues promptly and uphold company quality standards.

+ Assist with additional duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in Production, Fabrication, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
+ Supervisory experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse inventory.
+ Minimum of 3 years as a production supervisor, preferably in manufacturing, job shop, machine shop, or fabrication shop.
+ Experience overseeing 20+ individuals.
+ Proficiency in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
+ Forklift operation skills.

**Work Environment**
Work in a fabrication shop environment that is non-climate controlled. The position operates on a 1st Shift schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
