Job Description The Investments Experience Lead will report directly into the Head of Business Execution supporting the Global Investment Solutions business at Citi Wealth. Investment Solutions is comprised of our global investment product organization, which includes Managed Investments, Markets, Traditional and Alternative Investments, Insurance as well as Product Specialists and Wealth Planning professionals. The Investments Experience Lead will work across the Investment Solutions business to ensure proper alignment of business strategy with Wealth’s strategic objectives and will have end-to-end ownership of investments processes. This role will manage a small team and will also be responsible for identifying and streamlining processes across solutions and platforms teams to improve efficiency and optimize costs. In addition, the role will also be responsible for establishing a unified data strategy and analytics to help establish accountability and transparency across key business metrics.
