We have partnered with a large Manufacturing company in the Princeton, NJ area to provide them with a Accounts Payable Clerk. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

#1. Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Accounts Payable environment, preferably within a high-volume or shared services setting

#2. Proficiency in SAP; experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable

#3. Prior experience in a high volume, centralized accounts payable environment within a large organization

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Accounts Payable environment, preferably within a high-volume or shared services setting
• Proficiency in SAP; experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable
• Prior experience in a high volume, centralized accounts payable environment within a large organization
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
• Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend, and help implement process improvements and internal controls
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• 1 year contact
• The position is based in our Princeton office as remote but may periodically require in office presence as determined by manager or business needs.
• Interviews to be conducted in-person and/or via Teams.
