Responsibilities:
Handle all immigration matters from start to finish
Draft and file petitions, applications, and legal documents
Advise clients on eligibility, options, and compliance
Attend hearings, interviews, and court proceedings
Maintain organized case files and client records
Qualifications:
JD and active state bar license
Minimum 4 years experience in immigration law
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations
Excellent legal writing, research, and client communication skills
