About the Role

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Project Manager to join an ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation within the finance/treasury workstream for a leading FMCG company. This is a long-term engagement offering a collaborative environment, strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to play a key role as the project progresses from the design phase into UAT and beyond .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance/Treasury workstream of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Partner closely with stakeholders and client associates to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Oversee planning, execution, and reporting for assigned project phases, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
• Support testing (including UAT), issue resolution, and change management efforts.
• Coordinate with technical teams, functional leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment.
• Provide proactive updates, manage risks, and ensure transparency across the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in finance or treasury environments.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation projects — at least one full lifecycle deployment (S/4HANA strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of finance processes in SAP; treasury expertise is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments .
• Positive energy, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to project success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the FMCG industry or similar complex enterprise environments.
• Prior experience supporting teams in design, UAT, and deployment phases of SAP programs.
• Familiarity with multi-time-zone stakeholder coordination, with a preference for candidates based in EST or CST .
