We’re currently seeking a Junior Operator. You will be trained to Operate Manufacturing Equipment such as Digital Web Press, Die cutter, Folder, Stitcher, and Inserter. No experience necessary. Wilen will provide on-the-job training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read/review job paperwork for each new job.
• Set up delivery area, including associated equipment, stackers, strapping equipment.
• As you are running, inspect the finished product for defects, such as smudges, creases, or color discrepancies. Take corrective action or report the defects when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with your Supervisor, Trainer, and other workers on your machine to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Load/remove rolls of paper on machinery as required.
• Operate basic equipment such as joggers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy, including removing waste materials and debris to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
• Other tasks as assigned

MINIMUM Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to lift and move containers up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 75 lbs.)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting materials. Work is performed in a noisy and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
