About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Branding Designer to lead the development of powerful brand experiences across web, print, digital media, and advertising. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our public image, marketing identity, and brand voice through visual storytelling and compelling creative direction.

This role is ideal for a visionary designer and art director who thrives on collaboration, big ideas, and delivering exceptional creative that drives results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead creative direction for all brand touchpoints: from digital ads to brochures, websites to trade show materials.
• Develop and uphold brand standards, voice, and style across all channels.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to support business goals through creative execution.
• Create marketing materials that are both visually stunning and strategically effective.
• Guide and mentor any in-house creatives, contractors, or vendors to maintain consistency.
• Deliver copy and design that tells a story and moves people to act.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in branding, art direction, or creative leadership.
• A knockout portfolio that demonstrates versatility, strong branding, and storytelling across print and digital.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other creative tools.
• Strong copywriting skills—you're as good with words as you are with design
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Background in a fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred.
