A leading commercial printer in the Shawono, Wisconsin area is growing and looking for Offset Print Operators for their bindery. They print direct mail, newsletters, brochures, event programs, magazines, catalogs and books. The company needs one first (7-3 PM) and several second (3-11PM) and third shift (11-7 AM) operators. Schedules will be five-day/40 hour work weeks with opportunity for overtime. The company is offering up to $25-35 per hour DOE. A comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO and Holiday pay are offered by the company. Relocation Assistance is available. Applicants MUST have at least one year of offset press experience, ideally on a Goss Sunday Press.
The Press Operator will operate the printing press and perform basic maintenance and upkeep. Production performance is reviewed regularly by management and is the basis for pay scales, interim bonuses, and overall success in the company
