Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to join our HR Technology team. This role is critical in supporting payroll operations and system enhancements following the recent Oracle HCM Fusion implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Payroll module, integrations across Core HR and Compensation, and experience with both configuration and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, including US Payroll Processing, Taxes, and Accounting
• Build and maintain payroll Elements and Fast Formulas
• Develop and troubleshoot using HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Support integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll modules
• Collaborate on testing and validation of quarterly Oracle upgrades (e.g., transition from Vertex to Oracle Calc Engine)
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end payroll solutions
• Leverage Oracle HCM database tables for reporting and support needs

Top Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, US taxation, and payroll accounting
• Experience with EBS (on-prem) a plus
• Techno-functional expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
