Description Busy law firm has an immediate opening for a Receptionist! This Receptionist will join a growing administrative team and work closely with attorneys during day-to-day law firm operations. As a Receptionist you'll be responsible for all front office functions including answering inbound calls, mail management, and general office support. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of administrative experience and strong customer service/communication skills. This position requires full-time on-site work in Palo Alto. Duties: - Answering the main phone and transferring calls - Greeting clients, vendors, and guests - Scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms, and assisting with travel arrangements - Processing, scanning, and distributing firm and legal correspondence - Maintaining and organizing office supplies and kitchen supplies - Assist with the creation, collection, and organization of client and firm files - Assist with maintaining invoicing software system, including entering client reimbursable expenses - Assist with the coordination of monthly invoices and statements, including collections - Assist with ordering and picking up daily lunches - Maintains the record of elapsed time for billing and statistical purposes - Provide overflow assistance and desk coverage as needed/requested - Provide administrative support to the entire firm Requirements Qualifications: + 3-5+ years of administrative experience + Must have experience answering inbound calls + Technology skills including Microsoft Suite + Strong customer service skills with great communication Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
