Proficient in the full-process management of overseas warehouses, master inventory management, quality control standards, and cost control methods, and be familiar with the operation logic of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the customs clearance process of cross-border logistics. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), capable of smoothly communicating with domestic/overseas cross-departments, local suppliers, and foreign employees, and resolving cross-party collaboration issues. Result-oriented: Take order fulfillment efficiency, cost optimization, and business revenue/gross profit level as core goals, and have the awareness to support business expansion. Overseas Warehouse Daily Operation Management: Formulate and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and oversee the entire process management of inbound, outbound, storage, sorting, and distribution. Establish a dynamic inventory monitoring mechanism, lead periodic stocktaking and account audits, and handle operational abnormalities in real time to ensure the warehouse's daily order fulfillment capacity and efficiency in responding to business peaks. Cross-Cultural Team Management and Development: Oversee the team building of overseas warehouses, including the recruitment of foreign employees, background checks, and job scheduling. Establish a cross-cultural training system and performance incentive mechanism, cultivate core backbones at the team leader level and above, and build a management echelon. Cost Optimization and Operational Efficiency Improvement: Monitor warehousing KPIs and cost structure, identify process bottlenecks through data modeling, formulate and implement cost-reduction plans to support the expansion of business scale, achieve annual operating cost reduction, and improve the profitability of overseas warehouses. Compliance Risk Control and Multi-Party Collaboration: Implement compliance management for overseas warehouses, including the interpretation of local customs policies, implementation of labor laws and regulations, and 5S on-site management. Establish a collaboration mechanism with upstream and downstream partners, connect with local logistics providers and suppliers, and ensure closed-loop resolution of demands and issues.
